Shreya started her career as a physical therapist after graduating from California Baptist University in 2011. She soon discovered that her skills and interests are more suited for the administrative side of the healthcare business than for providing direct patient care. As a result, she changed her domain and pursued a career in medical billing. After having more than a decade of sharp-witted, steadfast professionalism in the clinical department of the medical billing industry, she established Future Healthcares in 2022.

She did not just stop here; along with expanding her revenue cycle management team, she created a new avenue in the medical billing domain by offering her providers unique services including managing payer audits, drafting letters for medical necessity, and clinical pre-screening. Her expertise in utilization review and authority and mastery in handling pre/post payment audits is remarkable.

Furthermore, she has a great deal of ability to build and maintain productive working connections with her clients, facility managers, professional staff, consulting service providers, and administrators of community groups due to her genuine approach to her work and friendly demeanor.
